Four generations ago the Moscardini family left Italy and headed for Brazil! They are now regarded as some of the most traditional and well-respected growers in the Alta Mogiana region.
This particular coffee undergoes a controlled fermentation that is closely monitored to bring out the best in these beans. We brought this particular bean in as a one-off for our Roaster's Choice subscribers, but ended up falling in love and now have added it to the lineup!
Tasting Notes: Citrus, white peach, lively and herbal. Round body, sweet aftertaste.
Process: Natural controlled fermentation then patio and machine dried.
Varietals: Yellow Catuaí, Topázio, Mundo Novo, Tupi and Yellow Obatã
Altitude: 900-1500 masl
