Fruit. Bomb! This Colombian coffee is not like the others. We have yet to find someone who is neutral about this coffee—you've been warned. Overwhelmingly folks tell us they "never knew coffee could have such fruity characteristics—naturally." And we couldn't agree more! Bursting with aromas and tasting notes of raspberry, black cherry, and dark chocolate—you will not be disappointed with the fruitiness of this gem.
Hailing from the region of Manizales, Caldas this coffee was produced by Juan Felipe Restrepo and his farm Hacienda el Jardín. Meticulously picked at just the right time this coffee then undergoes anaerobic fermentation before being naturally dried and processed. The result is an absolute fruit medley in your cup that will have you coming back for more!
We roast this at medium, though because of its processing method, it shows and brews as though it was slightly "darker" in appearance.
