Have you heard that coffee sometimes has fruitier characteristics but have been hesitant to try it out? This is the coffee for you! Cup starts off with a graham cracker sweetness that is followed up with a subtle and soft dried apricot essence through the middle of the cup. Lingering and pleasant aftertaste. We have quickly fallen in love with this coffee in all brew methods!

We recently entered into a direct-trade relationship with High Peak Coffee and this naturally processed bean comes to us straight from Chaparrastique Volcano in San Miguel, El Salvador. We are excited to add more of their coffee to our lineup in the future!

What We Taste: Dried apricot, graham cracker, balanced and sweet.

Varietals: 90% Bourbon, 10% local heirloom
Altitude: 1200-1650 masl
Roast Level: 2 (Scale of 1 being lightest to 5 being darkest)
