Wow! What a year! It never ceases to amaze us how many of y'all continue to support our little roasting venture—we are beyond grateful!

We often forget to look back around here. One week just seems to keep turning into the next, and all of a sudden it's December! Overall, however, we're grateful as ever for the opportunity to continuing doing what we love.

As has been our modus operandi up to this point, we have found taking breaks to simply be easier for everyone if we do it all at once. We're excited to only think about coffee when we want to drink it for a little bit.

Here's what you need to know:

Orders placed after 10am (central) on December 19th should be roasted and fulfilled Monday, December 30th, 2024. We'll do our best to ship them out as soon as possible, but please be patient as it's usually a bit overwhelming when we return from these breaks.

I understand some of y'all may need coffee between now and then. Below is a list of local spots you can snag some beans from us in the interim. Or, why not try a new local and/or small batch roaster? Here's an extensive list of Houston coffee spots.
