If you are a fan of our renowned Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gargari Gutity—this coffee is just about the closest we've encountered that doesn't come from the continent of Africa!

Once again our farm-direct relationship with High Peak and Finca Santa Isabel has blessed us with this delicious fruit-forward naturally processed coffee! And just in time as we're experiencing some delays in the arrival of our Ethiopian naturals.

Hailing from the same farm as our washed process, this coffee received a very attentive natural drying process that has resulted in a wonderfully balanced fruit-forward cup. While it's hot, candied orange dances on the palate with a sweetness that lingers. As the cup cools, we find more red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry. Throughout the cup there is a chocolate pastry goodness that really just keeps you coming back for more! We've found the bottom of our cup far too fast when sipping on this gem.

This coffee has proven delicious in all brewing methods, from manual filter, to drip, and of course as a wonderfully balanced espresso.

Located at the highlands of the San Miguel Volcano, a cool and naturally shady climate, provides ideal growing conditions for the bourbon and local heirloom varietals present on the plantation.

What We Taste: Chocolate covered candied oranges (orangette), strawberry shortcake, chocolate croissant, balanced, full bodied, lingering sweetness.
