Hailing from the same farm as our washed process, these Peaberry trees are grown at an even higher elevation and are further naturally processed for a wonderfully balanced and fruit-forward cup. We get lots of red fruit on the aroma and in the cup sweetness abounds. Notes of dark chocolate covered strawberries, cake, and a wonderful aftertaste that lingers in the best way!
While this coffee has proved delicious in all brewing methods, manual filter brews have been among our favorites!
Located at the highlands of the San Miguel Volcano, a cool and naturally shady climate, provides ideal growing conditions for the bourbon and local heirloom varietals present on the plantation.
