Through our long-term relationship with Alejandro at High Peak (the producer of our Washed and Peaberry Natural) he was able to connect us with a neighboring farm Finca San Antonio de Alejandría. In direct partnership with this producer, we're thrilled to present this wonderful honey process coffee! 

Finca San Antonio de Alejandría has been producing coffee for over 100 years! Though they produce a wide range qualities, in recent years they have been expanding into the specialty coffee segment. From the first sip, we knew this one had to be in our lineup!

If you loved our naturally processed coffees from Nicaragua, we think you'll really enjoy this one! This is one of those coffees that has a very delicious red wine-like fruitiness. A very deep, mellow, and mature red-fruit. As the coffee dances across the temperature spectrum chocolate notes will round out the cup. Sometimes a sweet milk chocolate, other times a more subdued dark chocolate. 

We've found this coffee to perform excellent in all brewing methods. Expect deep fruit on filter or pour over, jammy and juicy on espresso, and sweet sweet sweet along the way. Here till it's gone, give it a try!
